1.Material selector

The production of river tables usually involves two main resin materials: polyurethane resin and epoxy resin. Both resins are two-component systems, consisting of resin and curing agent, which react chemically and cure after mixing.

2.Resin pouring and sealing

In the production process of the River Table, resin is not only used as a decorative filler, but also plays a role in sealing and reinforcing the wood. Through the pouring of resin, the gaps, cracks or preset slots between the wood can be filled to form a stable structure. After the resin is cured, it not only improves the strength of the tabletop, but also adds an artistic sense to the tabletop.

3.Enhance beauty and creativity

The high transparency of the resin allows the wood grain and other embedded objects to be clearly visible. In addition to the basic transparent effect, the use of different pigments or dyes can create colorful visual effects, increasing the artistry and uniqueness of the river table.

 4.Structural Support

For some river tables with more complex designs or larger sizes, resin not only serves as a decoration, but also as part of the structural support to help maintain the overall shape and stability of the tabletop, especially when there are large cavities or irregular parts in the design, the resin can effectively prevent the wood from deforming.
