Second,the production process

1. Office environment: dust-free workshop (clean space), the temperature is controlled at about 25 degrees, and the humidity is guaranteed to be below 50% (a hygrometer can be installed in the room); Strictly prepare according to the net weight ratio, accurately weigh, fully stir clockwise along the inner cavity of the vessel, and then soak for 3-5 minutes before use. It is necessary to pay attention to one direction during the stirring process, so that there are fewer air bubbles. Note: The control of temperature and humidity is crucial to the curing effect of the resin glue.

2. Prepare the amount of glue according to the actual operating time and usage amount to save money. When the average temperature is less than 15°C, please heat the glue A to 30°C before adjusting the glue, which is easy to operate (the glue A will be lower when the average temperature is low) Thickening); After use, it is necessary to seal the lid to avoid product scrapping due to moisture.

3. When the air humidity exceeds 85%, the surface of the dried solids will easily absorb moisture in the air and form a layer of white mist. Therefore, when the air humidity exceeds 85%, it is not suitable for drying at room temperature. It is recommended to use elevated temperature drying.

If the thickness of the pouring is too thick, it can be poured several times, and it should not exceed 5cm. It will dry 3-5 days after pouring.

(Note: If some air bubbles are found during the perfusion process, you can use a heat gun to blow away the air bubbles.)

After waiting 48 hours, the resin has fully cured. At this time, use a planer to machine the surface until it is smooth. Then sand it down to a smooth, smooth finish. Use 120, 240, 400, 800, 1200 mesh sandpaper to polish in sequence, which can greatly improve the polishing effect. (If you don't have a sander, you can pour a thin layer of resin glue on the surface again to achieve a bright effect.)

Final polish:Brush the tung oil evenly on the entire surface of the table, wait until the tung oil is completely solidified, and then polish it to achieve the brightest effect. Then clean the surface with a polishing cloth, and the river table is finished.
